I am currently redesigning my front garden. Contemporary design. The plan is for a new path, turf, and flower beds in front of the windows along the front of the house.
I’m just stuck on what to plant around the border at the front (blocking electrical box) and between us and the neighbour’s driveway. Whcih is also on a side slope. A hedge can’t be too tall (1m max on covenant title deeds) so wondering if a low hedge or planting would be best. Very basic idea attached…
Any low hedge recommendations or inspiration would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

What I’d suggest to assist right now is to consider a lavender hedge given those conditions. Easy to grow. Clip them in late august and great for honeybees! You can read my guide on lavender here.
